Dasha Tolstikova is an award winning author and illustrator, currently living in Brooklyn. Dasha’s The Bad Chair was called “a mordant portrait of an uncertain soul” by Publisher’s Weekly and her graphic memoir A Year Without Mom garnered four starred reviews and was a Kirkus Best Middle-Grade Books of the Year.
